What impact will Beyonce’s country album have on the genre?

Beyonce releases her first country music album Cowboy Carter on Friday, a major shift in musical genre for the world-famous singer. 

With country music seen to be stereotypically a white industry, her move has helped to highlight other black country artists. 

The US based Black Opry is one organisation that is hoping the Beyonce effect will help other artists. Sophie Williams caught up with founder Holly G.
